Qualifications

John Sullivan has a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, and has been designing and installing residential landscapes for over 20 years in the New England region.

John enjoys sharing his knowledge as an adjunct professor at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord since 1997, and has taught at the University of New Hampshire Thompson School. He has spoken at the Centrum Flower Show in Worcester, Massachusetts about sustainable landscape design, and served as an exhibit judge from 2000 -2004. He is a member of the New England Wildflower Society, and enjoys gardening in his “spare time”.

John is a licensed registered Landscape Architect and a licensed septic system designer. He is active in his local community serving on his town’s planning board and chairing the natural resources committee for the Town Master Plan. He has a broad knowledge of landscape design through his experience in Engineering and Landscape Architecture firms prior to starting JSLA. Through this experience we can ensure an innovative design solution for your project that will suit your needs.
