John Sullivan, principal, has been creating beautiful landscapes for over 25 years.
He began his career landscaping and training in the art of stone masonry. As his
interest and talent grew, he achieved a degree and license in Landscape Architecture. John trained in engineering, landscape architect, and design/build firms in New
England for several years prior to starting JSLA, LLC in 1997.
John enjoys sharing his knowledge of landscape construction. He has been teaching
as an adjunct professor at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord since 1997
and has taught at the University of NH's Thompson School. John has been a speaker
at the Worcester, MA Centrum Flower Show on sustainable landscape design, and
has served there as an exhibit judge from 2000 to 2004. He has also been active in his local community serving on the town planning board and chairing the Natural Resources Committee for the towns master plan.
